Bean Me Up (inspired by the legendary Star Trek line "Bean me up, Scotty") is Goa's one-stop-Soya-Station-shop. Here, almost everything on offer is prepared with soya, from the ice-cream to the lasagna. However, so much care has been taken with the recipes that even the most avid meat-lovers won't miss a thing! If tofu's not your thing, there are plenty of salads and juices on the menu as well. Bean Me Up additionally offers guest accommodations in huts located in the rear of the premises.

German Bakery is a heath food cafe and bakery located in South Anjuna. Their menu offers everything from wheat grass, herbal teas, espresso to fresh tofu, hummus, tandoori, salads and pizza, and of course sandwiches made with their famous in-house bread! With large comfortable booths, great music, healthy food and free Wi-Fi broadband, this is a spot where you can spend an afternoon quite comfortably.

With three strategic locations across North Goa, Om Made Café offers elegant and cheerful cafes where the food is delectable and always fresh. Conceived and run by Gregory Bazire (Le Poisson Rouge, Baga), the focus at this all day café is on local, fresh and organic produce to ensure the highest standard and freshness in their offering, and the wellbeing of every diner. The menu offers simple yet sophisticated light meals, starting from a sumptuous breakfast in the morning to exotic sandwiches and salads throughout the day.

The Mandala is an imaginative "back to the nature" resort set in a coconut grove on the banks of the Ashvem River. The Mandala offers guest accommodations in the main house adorned completely in a hand-painted mural, and unique double-storey tent houses or "nomadic houseboat chalets". The Mandala additionally offers regular yoga classes and an organic vegetarian restaurant featuring a raw food bar.
Ashiyana is a tropical retreat centre located between the unspoiled Mandrem Beach and the enchanting Mandrem River. The retreat is open during the season, from October 1st and April 15th, every year. Visitors may stay at the retreat's charming huts, visit on yoga holidays, and participate in yoga teacher training and massage training courses. Alternatively, outside guests are welcome to join in for yoga classes and workshops at the drop-in centre.
One of Anjuna's more popular restaurant that serves quality and authentic Italian food, with a handful of Indian, European and Russian plates to appease everyone. The ambiance is al fresco, and the decor is homely. The focus here is on healthy eating, where every dish is prepared with minimum fat, minimum calories and maximum health benefits. One of North Goa's favourite garden restaurants, ideal for a lazy afternoon spent under shaded trees, where you may leisurely enjoy a steak, salad, a hearty sandwiche or the indulgent apple pie. Sunday mornings here are sometimes dedicated to classical Indian music concerts, which are usually recorded and available on CDs.
Plantain Leaf is a delightful vegetarian restaurant in Calangute. The restaurant specializes in typical Udipi style south Indian food, but also offers delicious North Indian cuisine as well. Try their dosa (savoury South Indian pancake) and thali (an assortment of vegetables and lentils, each served in traditional metal bowls on a large metal plate, with rice and Indian breads).
The original owners of the legendary Shore Bar have recently relocated chilled-out café their from Anjuna beach to higher up on Little Vagator hill, operating under a new moniker "Shri." The menu remains as creative and tempting as its predecessor, featuring a very fresh Tomato and Mozzarella salad (Insalata Caprese), Babaganoush with homemade Pita bread to Calamari in a delicious spicy sauce. The ambiance is truly Goan-hippie and laid-back, with usually Reggae music wafting through the speakers throughout the day.
The Funky Raw cafe serves funky raw food! With a menu to suit even the most diligent raw-food connoisseur, from raw and sugar-free ice creams to cakes, pizzas, pastas, pates, salads, vegetable juices to hemp milk smoothies and more.
Veg Baba is a friendly vegetarian restaurant located down a side street off 18th June Rd. The restaurant offers delicious vegetarian thalis for lunch & dinner, with cheerful and efficient service. This is one of the preferred spots by vegetarians in Panjim.
Yoga International Organization offers multifaceted, holistic and in-depth practice of yoga and meditation, including certified courses and trainings such as Hatha Yoga Teacher Training, Advanced Yoga Teacher Training, Meditation Teacher Training & Retreats and Reiki healing courses. All courses provided by the organization will be certificated and authenticated by the centre. We believe yoga and meditation should not be merely a chain of techniques, but an integrated system, whether the main end is relaxation and transformation.
