The idea of One° was conceived when three friends were sipping on chilled beers and craving unfussy food that were not readily available in Goa- Italian thin crust pepperoni pizzas, juicy burgers and a simple prawn and avocado salad with greens and citrus dressing. Upon finding an ideal location in Siolim, their vision finally came to life in October 2011 in One° Resto Bar. The season of 2014/2015, they have recreated the One Degree experience on the cliffs of Vagator!
