THE FOOD
Inspired by local produce, fresh seafood, and the Goan terrain, Chef Manu Chandra and Chef Evan Gwynne have created a unique Mediterranean menu exclusively for this beachside location. The restaurant also offers a live seafood counter, serving up only the freshest catch, before your eyes. The signature café menu is chic, delicate and delectable while offering an all-day dining experience. Olive Goa won the Times Food Award for Best Mediterranean Food in Goa.
Menu highlights include Mediterranean Vegetables and Halloumi, Harissa Char-roasted Cauliflower steak, Goan Sausage & Prawn Pil Pil, Mussel Gratinado with Amaranth & Butter Garlic Breadcrumbs, the Olive Classic Espetada’s in various avatars such as Harissa Chicken, Prawn Piri Piri, in addition to their much sought after pizzas.
The specially curated beverage menu has something for everyone, from bespoke soft drinks to local favourites that are Icy-cool sunshine-in-a-glass concoctions.

Olive Bar and Kitchen, hosts the popular #OGNights every Thursday, with eclectic music playing to the backdrop of the sea. THE STORY
The multi-award winning Olive Bar and Kitchen Pvt Ltd., with prominent locations in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore owns and manages the Goa property as well, however, under the franchise taken by the APRA Motels.
“After 17 years of hesitating to bring Olive to Goa, since we were certain we wanted the perfect spot for it, we are now all set in Vagator, beautifully perched atop a cliff with a view. Olive is synonymous with Goa in many ways and we had to make the two meet” shares AD Singh, founder & MD of the Olive Group of restaurants.
