THE MENU
Bean Me Up is the place to come for delicious vegan and vegetarian food. With recipes drawing from world cuisine, Bean Me Up only uses the freshest and highest quality of locally available ingredients, organic where possible and gluten-free where needed . The chefs take the utmost care to use unrefined products in the dishes.
So much care has been taken in creating the recipes that even the most avid meat-lovers will love the food. There are plenty of salads and juices on the menu as well; their salads being very popular. Try one of their fresh organic variety of salads originating from the Mediterranean to California. For a heartier option, there is homemade Pasta, Ravioli, Lasagna and Pizzas, made in their traditional wood oven. And for a sweet treat to round off a perfectly balanced meal, don’t miss out on the desserts selection of ice creams, cakes, pies and puddings, which are all made on the premises.
In addition to their Vagator-Anjuna restaurant, Bean Me Up also has a weekly stall at the Saturday Night Market.

THE STORY
Bean Me Up was born out of an idea to open a restaurant that serves only vegan and vegetarian food, using the freshest ingredients. As a restaurant, they source their ingredients and provide their services with respect to the environment. The name is inspired by the legendary Star Trek line ‘‘Bean me up, Scotty’’, and uses the pun on the name of the vegetarian pulse.

“Bean There, Done That!”
(...) This is one of the most beautiful restaurant spaces in Goa, and one of those rare ones that are as delightful in the day as they are romantic in the night. Highly recommended are the energy juices and salads (...) The service is superb and the staff especially, Shawn, the owner of Bean Me Up is warm, welcoming and always happy to see you!
