THE PLACE
Though only recent on the culinary scene, Ciao Bella has already earned itself a loyal and returning customer following. Some even go there alone to eat; because they know that they can enjoy a lovely dinner and meet like minded people through their appreciation of quality food.
THE FOOD
Having chosen a specific combination of dishes, Ciao Bella’s menu is relatively small, but does not disappoint in the least. This is most definitely a case of quality over quantity. Many ingredients were brought to Goa by the owners directly from Italy, thus ensuring authentic and rich flavours going into their dishes. The restaurant offers a taste of flavours direct from Italy and as soon as you are seated, you are served a small plate of '“compliments of the chef” just to tickle your taste buds.
The food is inspired from recipes well known to the regions of Sicily, Florence and the south of Italy. Try their homemade Sage & Butter Ravioli and Black Tagliatelle with Salmon, delicious Seafood Pasta and the interesting Chocolate Pasta with Gorgonzola. The chefs use an excellent mozzarella for the Caprese Salad and have freshly marinated sardines. The dishes are fresh and beautifully presented and there are always innovative 'specials' to tempt you away from the A La Carte Menu. And to finish, indulge in one of their delicious desserts, such as the panacotta and crème brulée.
This is the place where people who travel a lot and that are looking for real Italian food come to eat.
